"Institut de Dermatologie et de Cancérologie Cutanée de Paris" is the trading name of the shared practice. The partnership provides its members with premises, imaging equipment and administrative staff; each practitioner works in independent private practice.
Regulated profession
The physicians practising at the Institute are registered with the French Medical Council (Ordre des médecins), through the Paris departmental council. They are bound by the French code of medical ethics (articles R.4127-1 et seq. of the French Public Health Code), available on the website of the Conseil national de l'Ordre des médecins.

Personal data
What the website collects. The website has no form, no patient area and no messaging service. It does not collect any health data or any identifying information entered by visitors.
Technical logs. As with any website, the host temporarily processes technical connection data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) needed to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
Fonts. The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; in doing so, the visitor's IP address is transmitted to Google, under Google's privacy policy.
Appointments. Appointments are booked through Doctolib or by telephone. Data entered on Doctolib is processed by Doctolib and by the practitioner you consult, as described in Doctolib's own data protection policy, available on its website. Information gathered during consultations forms part of each practitioner's medical records and is covered by medical confidentiality.
Your rights. Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port the data concerning you. To exercise these rights, write to secretariat@institut-dermatologie.com or by post to 15 avenue d'Eylau, 75116 Paris, France. If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies and analytics
